Following the meeting of the Information and Telecommunications Committee, its head MP Hussein Hajj Hassan held a press conference, during which he stressed the importance of the fiber optics project, noting that its negative aspects must be addressed first, including the delay in the implementation.
He revealed that the Telecom Ministry gave the contracting companies a deadline until the end of the year to implement 30% of the project.
