Among the most prominent budget articles passed by the Budget and Finance Committee was the Article 75, which cancels “annexed budgets” and integrates them within the general budget, which means that it forces many state administrations and committees to transfer their income to the state treasury every end of the week.
The list of administrations included in the article 75 is very long, but the main achievement is adding to the list the temporary committee managing the port of Beirut.
