US increases visa prices for Lebanese

The US embassy in Lebanon raised the visa prices for Lebanese wishing to visit the United States.

 

The embassy said that the move comes after the US Embassy Beirut “engaged with Lebanese authorities regarding fee reciprocity for nearly two years, asking the Government of Lebanon to adjust the visa and residency fees it charges American citizens to be commensurate with the fees the US government charges Lebanese citizens.”
