President Aoun meets ambassadors of International Support Group for Lebanon

President Michel Aoun met on Tuesday with the ambassadors of the International Support Group for Lebanon at the Baabda Presidential Palace.

 

The meeting was also attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs Gebran Bassil.

 

Aoun briefed the ambassadors about his position vis-a-vis the latest developments in the country.

 

He also noted that Lebanon will soon have a Cabinet that follows up on the reforms to steer the country out of the current crisis.

 

For their part, the ambassadors reiterated their countries’ support to Lebanon, stressing the need for formation of a new Cabinet.
