A stance launched by Speaker Nabih Berri regarding the formation of a techno political government reshuffled the formation cards.
After PM-designate Hassan Diab presented a cabinet lineup to President Michel Aoun consisting of 18 ministers, a positions was launched by Berri and stressed over two consecutive days, whereby he emphasized that Lebanon stands before a new governmental reality that requires a stance to be launched by the PM-designate.
