Negotiations to form new Cabinet continue

Prime Minister-designate Hassan Diab is adamant on forming a new Cabinet made of 18 ministers, while other sides are insisting on a 24-minister Cabinet.

 

Diab also seemed fearing escalation of tensions in the streets which might put him in front of difficult choices.
