Billions of US dollars transferred abroad since October 17

While the Lebanese people queue inside Lebanese banks to obtain an amount as little as 100 US dollars sometimes, billions were transferred from Lebanese banks to other banks in Switzerland as of October 17, 2019 until January 14, 2020.
