BDL releases new banknote marking Lebanon centenary

The Banque Du Liban issued on Thursday a statement in which it announced the release of a new 100,000 LBP banknote to mark Lebanon’s centenary.

 

The statement added that the new banknote will come into in circulation on December 7, 2020.

 

The banknote is signed by both Central Bank Governor Riyad Salameh and First Vice Governor Wassim Mansouri.
