Value of the Lebanese salary compared to other poor countries

The minimum wage is 675,000 LBP per month, which was the equivalent of 450 US dollars according to the 1515 exchange rate.

Today, the minimum wage itself does not exceed 75 US dollars on the exchange rate on the black market, which exceeded 9,000 LBP, meaning that it decreased by 83.3 percent, making the minimum wage in Lebanon among the lowest in the world.
