Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri was clear, in a speech marking the 44th anniversary of the disappearance of Amal Movement founder Imam Moussa Sadr, when he requested Total to drill in Block No. 9 away from the disputed area, while efforts continue to find a solution to the existing maritime border dispute with Israel.
