The US Embassy in Beirut explained that US President Donald Trump discussed in his speech at the UN General Assembly providing financial assistance to Lebanon and other countries hosting Syrian refugees, until they become capable of returning to their home country.
In a statement issued on Friday, the embassy stressed that the US pledged on September 21, $29 million for Lebanon in additional humanitarian assistance.
