Macron calls Aoun, tackles latest developments

President Michel Aoun received on Saturday a phone call from French President Emmanuel Macron before the arrival of Prime Minister Saad Hariri to the Elysee Palace.

Talks reportedly tackled the latest developments where Aoun thanked his counterpart for “the interest shown toward Lebanon, mainly the role played by Macron to deal with the situation that emerged after Hariri’s resignation.”
