Arab League Secretary General Ahmad Aboul Gheit declared Sunday that the “missile that targeted Riyadh was made in Iran and represents a clear Iranian message in its hostility,” adding that the Iranian policy is the reason behind the lasting of the Yemeni conflict.
During the extraordinary session of the Arab League council held to discuss means of resisting Iranian intervention in Arab States, Aboul Gheit noted that Sunday’s meeting comes during extraordinary conditions, pointing out that “targeting an Arab capital with ballistic missiles by illegitimate militia regionally backed is a serious threat that should be never taken lightly.”
“The Iranian threats have crossed every line and have been leading the region towards a dangerous situation, he stated, calling on Tehran to reconsider its stances regarding Arab states.
