Arab foreign ministers describe Hezbollah as “terrorist” in statement, Lebanon objects

The final statement of the Arab foreign Minister described Hezbollah as “terrorist”, holding it responsible for backing terrorist groups with advanced weapons.

The statement also denounced the launch of a missile from Yemen into Riyadh, noting that such an act is a threat to Arab national security and stressing Saudi Arabia’s right to defend itself.

The foreign ministers also agreed, according to the statement, to ban satellite channels funded by Iran from being broadcast through Arab satellites.

However, Lebanon voice objection to mentioning Hezbollah in the statement and describing the party as “terrorist”.
