No special immigration program for Christians in Lebanon-Canadian ambassador

Canada's Ambassador to Lebanon Emmanuelle Lamoureux commented on Saturday to rumors circulating about “the Christian immigration program.”

"Given false rumours which continue to circulate, I confirm that there is no special program in place for Christians in Lebanon who want to immigrate to Canada. Requests from around the world are reviewed in a consistent manner, according to the same criteria,” the ambassador said in a Tweet.
