Putin Oversees Military Drills Featuring Ballistic Missile Launches: Kremlin

Russian President Vladimir Putin oversaw military maneuvers on Wednesday, which included the testing of ballistic missiles. 

This occurred on the same day that lawmakers in the Federation Council approved Moscow's withdrawal from the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty.

The Kremlin clarified that "under the supervision of the Supreme Commander of the Russian Armed Forces, Vladimir Putin, training maneuvers were conducted," noting that they included test launches of ballistic missiles and cruise missiles.
