It started with Ms. Alice, but looking at her and seeing the faces and learning the stories of the men and women I’ve met inside prisons I knew I couldn’t stop at just one. It’s time for REAL systemic change pic.twitter.com/kdKr8s6lJW — Kim Kardashian West (@KimKardashian) September 5, 2018

View this post on Instagram Very proud to spend the day with @kimkardashian at the @Whitehouse, pushing for #criminaljusticereform. Kim is an incredibly smart, effective, humble and determined advocate— working day in, Day out, around the clock to win clemency for individuals who should not be doomed to spend the rest of their lives behind bars. She does her homework and comes prepared to fight hard. I’m especially proud to be working with @jessymichele22 and the @cut50 team, to pass the #FirstStepAct and get other fixes done. I passionately oppose the Trump administration on a range of issues— but the 200,000 people locked up in federal prison right now get ZERO say in who runs the government and controls their lives. They need people to fight for them, no matter who is in the Oval Office. And I will not abandon them, as long as there is the slightest chance that we can win clemencies and pass meaningful legislation. Kim’s passion is a major asset in the fight for #justicereform.
