Al-Hurra channel cited sources as saying that 70 members of US Special Forces are in Lebanon to assist the Lebanese Armed Forces in its operations against the Islamic State.
Consequently, a Lebanese security source explained to LBCI that the US Special Forces have been in Lebanon for a long while providing training and quality control over the equipment granted to the army.
