Hariri to call for consecutive cabinet sessions to end budget discussions

Prime Minister Saad Hariri declared that he will call for consecutive cabinet session to be held in order to end the discussions of the 2018 budget.

 

At the beginning of Monday’s session, Hariri tackled the issue of the rain storm that his Lebanon over the weekend, noting that he request to task the Lebanese army with conducted a survey of the damages in order to be able to compensate those affected.

 

Hariri also said that closing the state’s institutions can harm the targeted facilities and undermines the authority of the state, calling for resolving the causes of the sit-ins while protecting the public administrations.
