Aoun meets Mikati and Bou Habib over Israel evaluating oil and gas in disputed areas

President Michel Aoun met on Tuesday with Prime Minister Najib Mikati and Foreign Affairs Minister Abdallah Bou Habib at the Baabda Presidential Palace.

Talks reportedly tackled the developments after Israel commissioned a US company to provide evaluation services for gas and oil exploration in the disputed areas.

The discussion also tackled the repercussions of the Israeli actions and measures that Lebanon will take, after the message sent to the United Nations.
