Strategy game by Lebanese Leyla Johnson was nominated for the Grammy Awards
The Grammy Awards has nominated the Old World's soundtrack by award-winning composer Christopher Tin in the "Best Score Soundtrack for Video Games and Other Interactive Media" Category.

The strategy game's soundtrack by Mohawk Games features songs composed by Christopher Tin and performed by many artists, including the Lebanese singer Abeer Nehme, singing Psalm 121 in Arabic.

It is worth noting that Lebanese Leyla Johnson is the CEO of Mohawk Games and Creative Director for Old World. Born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon, Leyla immigrated to the United States, where she made her new home.

After returning to Lebanon, she studied Journalism and got the opportunity to get an internship, which destiny led her to her radio show.

Johnson also supported the US Embassy in organizing jazz festivals in the historical city of Damascus, Syria, and trained diplomats at the US State Department.
