Lebanese Islamic Unification Movement denies arrest of any of its members

Lebanese Armed Forces’ Intelligence unit arrested on Saturday Sheikh Ahmad Al-Gharib (40 years) on suspicion of involvement in Tripoli's twin blasts.

However, the Lebanese Islamic Unification Movement denied in a statement the arrest of any of its members or Sheikhs, and called for penalizing all those involved in this criminal act.

The movement added that Sheikh Ahmad Gharib is tasked by the Head of the Command Council of the Lebanese Islamic Unification Movement, Sheikh Hashem Minkara with following up on some files with the Syrian regime.
