Labor Minister Sejaan Azzi called for a national and political mobilization to help the television stations ensure constant revenues so that they will be able to sustain.
In a statement to LBCI’s Nharkom Said, Azzi noted that among the priorities of the Kataeb party, aside from the presidential issue, comes the improvement of the social situation in Lebanon and guaranteeing job opportunities for the Lebanese workforce.
In this context, the minister explained that the Lebanese labor market is witnessing a large increase in the unemployment rate, adding that 57% of the Syrian workers are competing with the Lebanese labor force.
