General Security chief Ibrahim heads to Russia

The Directorate General of Lebanon's General Security announced in a statement on Tuesday that General Security head Major General Abbas Ibrahim headed to Moscow in an official visit.

the statement added that Ibrahim is scheduled to meet with officials at the Federal Republic of Russia.
