Over 10 kgs of captagon pills seized at Beirut Airport

The Inspection Unit at Beirut International Airport seized on Tuesday 10.300 kilograms of captagon pills packed inside sweets boxes.

The pills were seized in the possession of a Syrian national (born in 1974).

The arrested man and the seized pills were transferred to the Central Bureau of Narcotics.

A similar smuggling operation of capatgon pills was thwarted at Beirut International Airport last week.
