Iran and Russia can finalize nuclear plant agreements, Pezeshkian tells Putin

On Friday, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian told his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin that they believed their two countries could finalize agreements on constructing a nuclear power plant in Iran.

The two were meeting in the Kremlin before a strategic cooperation treaty was signed.
