REPORT: Bassil says comments on Israel came out of context

Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil said on Thursday that the comments he made on Israel in an interview is taken out of context.

 

A statement from Bassil’s office said that “it was clear that the aim of the edited version is to distort Bassil’s stance, which states that Israel is an entity that practices state-terrorism.”

 

”It is also known who is behind this campaign,” the statement added.
