The streets of Ramlet al-Bayda drowned in sewage flooding after it appeared that the main sewer in the area had been blocked with concrete by one of the contractors.
Concerned officials immediately acted and the bulldozers started working according to the instructions of Prime Minister-designate saad Hariri to reopen the line.
