North, South Korea to resume negotiations to reopening Kaesong complex

North and South Korea have agreed on Thursday to resume negotiations about reopening their joint industrial zone in Kaesong which has been closed for more than two months.

North, South Korea had already convened for five times this month but negotiations did not see any progress in this regard.

South Korea and the United States are planning to hold joint military exercises next August that could affect the Kaesong talks.
