LF leader Geagea stresses importance of constitutional institutions revival

The head of the Lebanese Forces Samir Geagea stressed on Saturday the importance of reviving the constitutional institutions and holding effective presidential elections.

Geagea urged in a meeting with a delegation Lebanese American University students from the Jbeil campus at his residence in Maarab "not to fear those who are making threats."

Lebanese leaders are sharply divided over several internal Lebanese issues.

Fears that disputes among rival parties would prevent the parliament from convening and electing a new president.
