First Investigative in Beirut Judge Riad Abu Ghaida issued Monday an arrest warrant against detained hacker Elie Ghabash, for fabricating charges of collaboration with the Israeli enemy, framing army adjutant Isaac Dogheim.
This comes after Ghabash confessed to all accusations attributed to him, the state-run National News Agency reported.
