For this end, Shaaban met with Russian Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov, who informed him on the details of the proposals announced by head of National Defense Management Center General Lieutenant Mikhail Mezentsev, concerning the regulation of the refugees’ return to the places where they used to live prior to the war.
Shaaban delivered to Bogdanov Hariri’s praise of the efforts deployed by Moscow in a bid to put a joint plan for the refugees’ return, mainly from Lebanon and Jordan, and to put an end to the humanitarian and economic conditions.
