The Council of the Catholic Archbishops and Patriarchs welcomed Friday the reconciliation between the Lebanese Forces and the Marada Movement, which turned the page on a painful era in the history of Lebanon.
Following the meeting held in Bkerke under the chairmanship of Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Mar Beshara Boutros Rai, the council expressed hope all parties in Lebanon will reach reconciliation, in order to restore confidence between the Lebanese to resolve the economic and social issues.
