State Prosecutor Judge Ghassan Oueidat referred on Thursday a complaint filed by a number of lawyers against all the ministers of successive governments since 1990 to date to Public Attorney Ghassan Al Khoury, to initiate investigations and take all the necessary measures, the National News Agency reported.
Last week, a group of lawyers filed a complaint to the Public Prosecutor against the ministers of successive governments in Lebanon since 1990 to date, accusing them of embezzlement, waste of public funds for personal and material benefits, and the exploitation of influence and authority -- which has caused serious damage to Lebanese citizens.
The lawyers are Eliad Khalil, Said Alameh, Nada Dabbour and Khalil Hatoum.
