FPM holds internal elections marked by tight competition

The election of members of districts’ councils constituted the first phase of the Free Patriotic Movement’s internal elections.

In the districts of Jbeil and Keserwan, the elections were held amid tight competition, as many supporters sought to become members who have a say in the party’s general policy.
