Dialysis equipment supplies found in warehouses-[VIDEO]

After hospitals in Lebanon have threatened to stop dialysis sessions due to the lack of equipment, Caretaker Minister of Health Hamad Hassan announced that the issue is about to be solved, especially after dialysis equipment supplies were found in the warehouses of the importing companies during the raids he carried out.

 

In turn, Syndicate of Importers of Medical Equipment head Salma Assi announced that the Banque du Liban requested the invoices of these supplies and gave a commitment to pay them.

 

This as Hassan asked the judiciary to hold accountable those responsible for not delivering the stored equipment to hospitals, as he considered the patients' health “a priority,” asking for merchants' cooperation and “not to use the patient as a pressure card for financial reasons.”
