Judge Dany Chrabieh ordered on Tuesday the arrest of a contractor working on the Casino Bridge for deliberately neglecting public properties and wrongfully spending public funds.
The arrest came as public works on the bridge kicked off early in the morning to change the rails, resulting in a suffocating traffic jam.
