Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil launched the ‘national campaign to restoration of citizenship’ on Wednesday.
Bassil said the campaign was an initial practical step, and an international campaign putting the national will into action.
In the same context and referring to refugees, Bassil stressed that “all non- Lebanese people residing in Lebanon should not get the Lebanese citizenship no matter what sect they belonged to.”
