President Aoun receives consular corps

President Michel Aoun asserted on Wednesday that "resorting to the judicial bodies gives trust in the state’s institutions which everybody must respect."

Aoun’s comments were made during his meeting with the consular corps at the Baabda Presidential Palace.

For his part, the Dean of the Consular Corps Joseph Habis said that due to Aoun’s “wise policy, the country will be protected from the dangers and repercussions of the neighboring wars and crisis.”

“We are fully confident that our present is better than our past, and that the future will bear more hope," he added.
