Fahmi from Bkerki: Rahi’s endeavors have eased government efforts

Caretaker Minister of Interior and Municipalities Mohammad Fahmi said on Tuesday in the wake of his meeting with Maronite Patriarch Mar Bechara Boutros Al-Rahi that he was “optimistic” and that all the Lebanese should follow suit.

Fahmi also stressed that Patriarch Rahi’s cabinet formation endeavors have “eased the government formation efforts."

Moreover, he affirmed that “when there is optimism among the Lebanese, societal pandemonium diminishes and the security situation will be fine.”

He finally assured that the current situation in Lebanon was under full security control, and there was preemptive security action by all agencies at a distinguished level to prevent any chaos.
