Hani Saliba Foundation announced on Thursday the completion of a new platform dedicated to book passport appointments, which was launched by the Directorate General of the General Security.
This as the foundation has offered an online platform that allows Lebanese citizens, living in Lebanon or abroad, to book an appointment at a convenient time to finish the paperwork of their passports.
This initiative comes within the launch of a new project that falls within the framework of contributing to administrative reforms in state institutions, in cooperation, coordination and supervision of the Directorate General of the General Security.
The step is part of a comprehensive plan that includes the majority of state administrations that run citizens' businesses and aims to gradually improve this type of these services.
The Foundation promised to announce similar projects within other ministries very soon.
