PM Salam: Cabinet welcomes army plan to consolidate weapons across Lebanon

Prime Minister Nawaf Salam said the cabinet welcomed the army’s plan to consolidate weapons across all Lebanese territory and implement it within the framework set during the August 5, 2025, session. 

He added that the cabinet decided to require the army command to submit a monthly report on the plan’s progress.
