REPORT: ISF officer gunned down in Lebanon’s Zgharta

The General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces (ISF) mourned on Monday Chief Warrant Officer Ghassan Khaled Ajaj who was killed late on Sunday (January 25).

Ajaj, born in 1968, was shot by unknown assailants in the town of Meryata- Zgharta.

“Ajaj was assassinated for working with the ISF Information bureau,” a security source told LBCI, adding “his murder is a terrorist operation and an attempt to sow division”.
