A report by Human Rights Watch organization called on the United States not to hand over the 8 Lebanese Islamic State fighters to Lebanon, where they could be subject to torture and unfair trials.
The report was released after the US delivered to Lebanon the 8 detainees who were fighting in northern Syria.
