The military road in Beirut was reopened after being blocked on Monday by relatives and friends of arrested engineer Tarek Rabaa.

"Where is the law applied in Lebanon, where is justice in this case?" Rabih Rabaa asked.

He addressed the President Michel Sleiman, stressing that Tarek is innocent and is being tortured.

Tarek Rabaa, a 41 years old Lebanese Telecom engineer who was working as the head of transmission engineering unit at Alfa was accused in 2010 for collaborating with the Mossad.
