Tuesday declared as official day of mourning over Mandela's death

Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati issued a memorandum in which he declared Tuesday a day of mourning over the death of former South African President Nelson Mandela.

All public administrations, institutions and municipalities will be closed and modifications will be made on the daily programs of radio stations and TV channels.

Former South African President Nelson Mandela died on Thursday aged 95.
