Sources told LBCI that after the ISF Information branch finished the investigations into Qabrchmoun incident last Friday and referred the case to Acting Cassation Prosecutor, Judge Imad Qabalan, who in turn asked to review the case and found an authority for the military justice.
Therefore, Judge Qabalan called for referring the investigations into the incident, along with the lawsuit filed by the Progressive Socialist Party against Minister Saleh al-Gharib and “his armed bodyguards,” to the State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Peter Germanos, the sources stated.
