Saadeh to LBCI: Kataeb party is keen on holding elections on time

In an interview with LBCI’s Nharkom Said TV show, MP Samer Saadeh said that the Kataeb party is keen on holding the parliamentary elections on their due time but not according to the 60’s electoral law, stressing that the party is against all attempts to impose this law.

According to Saadeh, the electoral law proposed by the Orthodox Gathering ensures the most adequate representation for the Christians, emphasizing that the Kataeb party is ready to discuss other proposal that preserve the right of the Christians and is approved by all parties.
