UAE air defenses 'actively engaging' with Iran missiles, drones: Ministry

The United Arab Emirates said Tuesday its air defenses were engaging missiles and drones coming from Iran for the second day in a row, weeks into a fragile ceasefire between the United States and Iran.

"UAE Air defense systems are actively engaging with missiles and UAV threats," the ministry of defense said in a statement on X, adding they had "come from Iran."
