NATO Commander: Any potential mission in Strait of Hormuz is a political decision

NATO military commander Alexus Grynkewich said on Tuesday that any potential alliance mission in the Strait of Hormuz would ultimately be a political decision.

Speaking in Brussels after meeting with senior military officials from NATO member states, he said: “The circumstances under which the alliance would consider operating in the Strait of Hormuz are, in the end, a political decision.”
